1 lbs white fish fillets
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 tbsp butter, room temperature
3 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp finely chopped green onions
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
Black pepper
Seasoning Salt
1 dash hot pepper sauce
Preheat oven to broil.
Put fish on a baking sheet and squeeze lemon juice over all the fish fillets. Sprinkle with seasoning salt and pepper. Put fish in the oven for 2-3 minutes (they will be white, but not yet done).
While the fish is broiling, in a small bowl mix together parmesan cheese, butter, mayo, green onions, basil and hot pepper sauce. When fish have broiled a couple minutes, take them out of the oven and spread the parmesan cheese mixture over the fish fillets. Place back in the oven for 3-4 minutes until browned.
